Pascal Camen is a highly talented young musician who lives in Zürich, and who has given his life to the career of singing. The young singer is exceptionally gifted and has proven a very deep insight in the art of music.
Pascal showed a prodigious talent at a very early stage of his life, singing songs of great artists he admired. Wherever the boy sang, he would get standing ovations and specialists would cover him with overwhelming critics. He also won several Talent-Competitions.
Since then he matured into a very responsible artist who developed his own style and who writes his own songs.
Pascal Camen's history up to now:
1990: Pascal Camen wins first prizeat the TALENT EXPLOSION-Competition, a show organised by German Teeny-Magazin POPCORN, Yamaha and German TV SAT 1 (There were 208 participants).
1990: Support act forChaka Khan in Germany.
1991: Swiss Radio 24 honours Pascal Camen with the title "Best Zurich-Act".
1994: Pascal Camen wins another national Music-Competition("Swiss Top") organised by the official Swiss national Radio DRS
1997: Pascal Camen releases two singles ("5'000 miles away", "So many mistakes") which enter the Charts and climb to top-positions in the Airplay-Charts
1997: Pascal Camen tours as "Special Guest" of 'N SYNC ("For the girl"-European-tour)
1998: Pascal Camen has a TOP 40 album in Switzerland (highest position 32)
Pascal Camen's music, his incredible voice and his personal style of interpretation move you, whether you like it or not. Besides all these qualities, there is one of major importance when it comes to stage performance, and that is related with his stage presence: Pascal is handsome, virile, but which is more, he projects his strong feelings through the concert hall, straight down to the listener's stomach, and that is where one appreciates him, never with the bare mind.
One cannot but appreciate and recommend very strongly the persuasive gifts of this young artist, who will definitely go far.
